The technician dug down into the puddle to find a leak in Paul’s water line, just as he had suspected. The good news was that the rest of the line was in good shape. After replacing the compromised section of the line, the job was deemed complete, saving Paul and his family over $650. As far as the reduced water pressure in the kitchen sink went, the technician was able to easily see that changing the faucet fixture would solve the problem.
